With two locations in Waterbury, CT, we have served as a leading day care center for families throughout the area since 1999. The Ark Early Care & Education Center is located on 222 West Main St. The Ark Child Development Center is located on 2030 East Main St.

We believe in providing a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children can learn, have fun, and grow… at affordable rates for all families. We are a privately-owned early education center that is licensed by the State of Connecticut and accredited by the NAEYC.

We provide our child care services year-round for children ages 2 years and 9 months to 5 years. We offer age-appropriate activities to help children develop and prepare for kindergarten. We also accept students under Care4Kids.

About Us

The Ark child care centers first opened in Waterbury, CT, in 1999. Our vision was to create a safe and fun environment to help children grow as individuals.

Our team combines over 40 years of experience in early childhood care and education. All of our staff are trained in first aid, CPR, administration of medication, nutrition, and food safety.
